  • JOB SUMMARY : Oversee and perform all accounting, reporting: system and procedure, sales administration and financials duties for branch office, and takes as required by finance administration in the corporate office.
  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Reconcile all general ledger acconts, daily voucher, an all other accounts. Manage petty cash account, A/R, invoicing, credit control, cost accounting, delivery. Notes, payment, expenses, account paybles and inventory. Prepare monthly P & L and others statements as required. Manage all branch system and procedure in flow documents and physical goods. Act as manager on duty as needed. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • QUALIFICATIONS : Degree in accounting ;CPA preferred; knowledge of general and cost accounting. Knowledge of computers and experience computer conversation. A minimum of four years accounting experience; experience in budget development and preparation of financial statements. Skills/aptitudes ; effective written and oral communication, skill; bility to handle multiple priorities and meet, deadlines; excelent accounting and math skills and team layer. Ability to work flexible hours in addition to normal businesss hours. Capable of speaking mandarin is an advantage.
