MAINTENANCE MANAGER (MM):
- Experience as a maintenance manager min. 5 years
- Understanding the concept of maintenance managemant (DT.PM.TPM)
- Controlling and experience in PVC products
QC Manager (QM)
- Experience as a QC / QA manager min. 5 years
- Controlling and experience in PVC products
PRODUCTION MANAGER (Prod-M)
- Mnimal 5 years experience as a manager / head of production and supervise 250 people minima
- Understanding the concept of ISO 9001:2008,5-S, K-3, Six Siqma, balance Score Card
- Understanding the concept of lean manufacturing
- Understanding the system and production planning and monitoring
PROCESS ENGINEERING MANAGER (PE-M)
- Minimum 5 years experience in process engineering
- Mastering MSA (Isoplot, R & R study, Kappa Technique, Peocedure and calibration techniques
- Understanding the concept of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and to increase the capabilities of the machine or process
- Understanding the concept of ISO 9001:2008, can make a control plan and peosedur
- Understanding the concept of FMEA, DOE, PPA, 7tolls
STAFF PROCESS ENGINEER (PE)
- Experience in manufacturing at least 2 years, the industry preferred PVC calendering
- Understanding the concept of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and its implementation
- Understanding the concept of FMEA, DOE, PPA, 7tolls
SALES EXECUTIVE (SE)
- 3 years in Pegalamn PVC Callendering Produck or preferred pharmacy
- Able to work under target
- Reside in Jakrta or Badung
- Own vehicle
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male, maximum 3 years (MM, Prod-M, PE, M & M), a maximum of 30 years (PE)
- S1 Mechanical Engineering Education (MM), S1 Teknik Kimia (QM), S1 Teknik (Prod-M, PE-M, PE), a minimal D3 (SE)
- Mastering computer and English
- Analysts have a strong power, good interpersonal skills & the spirit of continuous improvement.
- Highly motivated, target oriented, best quality & efficiency of production costs
