Doorman / Lift Attendant

• Qualifications
• * Minimum High School Graduated (SMU) or Bachelor degree (D3) from any major
• * Minimum of a year work experience in service business or fresh graduate are welcome
• * Able to work at a shift hour
• * Height minimum 165 cm
• * Aged 25 years old max
• * Communicative, Networking, Customer Oriented, and Insightful person
• * Experience in communication with external audiences is an advantages
• * English, verbally is a must
• * Strong Words and Excel skills (for Customer Service)
• * A proven track record of 'ability to deliver results', organized, timely, responsible

Alternite Media Executive

Qualifications

• * Excellent proven selling skills in similar or associated environment
• * Established National Client contact data base
• * Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
• * Good spoken and written English
• * Proven ability to set and achieve budgets

Customer Service Executives

Qualifications

• * High school certificate or Diploma 3 degrees
• * Trained in service excellent, personal presentation, complaint handling, customer focused
• * Pleasant and friendly disposition, organized, efficient and able to work independently & good command of English
• * One or two years experience as customer service in mall or 5 stars hotel

Electrical / Mechanical Technicians

Qualifications

• * High school certificate (STM) or diploma degree in Electrical engineering
• * Competent in operating M/E for large scale of building or mall
• * Minimum 3 year experiences as technician in large scale of mall or building
