The Complete Banker Program - Program Pendidikan Eksekutif (TCB-PPE)
TCB-PPE is a comprehensive program to create future leaders in contructing a competitive workforce nationally and regionally. It was designed to fill in various management positions through an intensive 12-months program and continous talent monitoring, where participants will go through a series of learning activities such as in-class program, on-the-job training, and project assignments.
We also aim at developing your basic leadership skill and knowledge as a universal banker in a high performance company culture.
To enter the PPE-TCB program, applicants have the minimum requirements below:
- * IPK / GPA 3.0 or WAM 70, S1 / S2 from reputable local University / Accredited Overseas University
- * Age max. 27, single
- * IELTS score 6.0 or TOEFL score 500 (within 6 months)
- * Posses a high learning capability
- * Involved in organization activities
- * Willing to be placed at all areas / CIMB Niaga branches
