Store Operation

Management Trainee - to be stationed in Jakarta (MT-JKT) or Makassar (MT-MKS)

• Metro Management Trainee Program is designed to meet the company's demand of Sales Supervisor positions. Reporting to a Department Executive, a Sales Supervisor is stationed on the selling floor at one of our stores and is responsible for achieving the sales target by managing the people as well as the merchandise of his/her particular department.
• If you have strong interest to build your career in retail industry, especially in store operation functions, this is the position you should apply. However, since you will be part of the operation team, you should be prepared to work at weekends and in shift-system.
• We welcome S1 Fresh Graduates to apply, or D3 Graduates if you already have working experience in retail. Being computer literate and able to communicate in English are required. You also ought to have good communication, coordination and analytical skills, and potential to lead people.

Operation Secretary - to be stationed in Makassar (SEC-MKS)

• Your main role is to support the store operation in all administrational matters, as well as in coordinating store-related activities.
• You should have good communication skill and fluency in English, verbal & written. Excellent in operating MS Office.
• Female, min. D3 in Secretary, max age 26 and min 2 years of experience.

Tailor / Penjahit (TLR) - to be stationed in Jakarta (TLR-JKT) or Makassar (TLR-MKS)

• Your main responsibility is to ensure the alteration service is delivered at its best.
• Male / female, max. 26 years old, min. high school graduate with skill in tailoring.
• The main task is to repair a Tailor / cut pants that you have purchased the customer, as part of the Metro service.
• Pria/wanita, usia maks. 26 th, pendidikan min. setara SMU/SMK and have taylor skill
  

Store Cashier / Kasir (SC) - to be stationed in Jakarta (SC-JKT) or Makassar (SC-MKS)

• Male / Female, max. 23 years old, min. high school graduate. Experience as a cashier is an advantage
• Min. height is 158 cm (female) and 168 cm (male).
• Male / female, max. 23 th, education min. equivalent to high school / vocational school. Preferably have experience as a cashier min. 1 yr. Friendly, honest, meticulous and have good communication skills.
• Able interesting & proportional. Height min. 158 cm (women) and 168 cm (men).

Sales Assistant / Pramuniaga (SA) - to be stationed in Jakarta (SA-JKT) or Makassar (SA-MKS)

• Male / Female, max. 23 years old, min. high school graduate.
• Min. height is 158 cm (female) and 168 cm (male).
• Male / female, max. 23 th, education min. equivalent to high school / vocational school. Friendly and has the ability to communicate and good selling skills.
• Able interesting & proportional. Height min. 158 cm (women) and 168 cm (men).

Merchandising Department

Buyer (BYR) - Lingerie

• Your main responsibilities are to develop & execute strategies for assortments, vendor management, pricing and marketing, as well as to maximize sales & profitability, and outclass the competition with creativity & entrepreneurialism to drive the business.
• You are expected to have good vision in trend of lifestyle as well as strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation & interpersonal skills. Able to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Experienced with a Retail Planning System.
• You should have buying experience for at least 3 years, preferably from retail department store.
• Male/female, max age 35, min. Bachelor Degree/S1. Computer literate (esp. Microsoft Office) and have good command of English.

Administration (ADM)

• You are responsible to assist the merchandising team in administration aspects and in coordinating with internal as well as external parties to ensure the department function is well-implemented.
• Female, max. 25 years old, min. D3 graduate. Should be excellent in operating MS Office, and have good command of English, both verbal & written. Should have at least 2 years of experience in administration field.

Marketing Division

Brand Manager (BM)

• The Brand Manager is responsible for the profitability and success of the brands under his/her responsibility, in addition to developing marketing strategies, executing operational aspects, and ongoing maintenance of the brands.
• We expect someone who is passionate, creative, self-starter, and has strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (both English & bahasa Indonesia). Strong computer skill is required, especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS Project.
• Male / female, max. 35 years old, Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus), min. 5 years in retail brand management.

Assistant Brand Manager (ABM)

• You are responsible for the implementation of brand marketing strategies, including executing operational & administrational aspects as well as coordinating with any other related parties.
• We expect someone who has strong analytical and communication skills (both English & bahasa Indonesia). Strong computer skill is required, especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS Project.
• Female, max. 28 years old, Bachelor’s degree, min. 2 years in brand management, retail fashion or other similar position.

Visual Merchandising Supervisor (VMS)

• You will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of visual merchandising / display in one of our stores.
• Male / female, age between 23 – 27. Min. D3 graduate in art or design with min. 1 year experience in related background, preferably in retail industry. Has flair for fashion and interior decoration.

Visual Merchandising Trainee (VMT)

• If you have basic knowledge of interior design / fashion design, and has strong interest in retail fashion & merchandise display, you can begin your career as part of our visual merchandising team. The team is responsible for creating the concept of our stores’ display & decoration, and implementing the concept to support the every promotional event accordingly.
• Male/female, max. 25, min. S1 graduate, preferably in Interior Design or Fashion Design. Has flair for fashion and unbelievably creative. Ability to operate Photoshop is an advantage.

Human Resource Department

Human Resource Officer (HRD) – to be stationed in Makassar (HRD-MKS).

• As the HR representative stationed in one of our stores, your main function is to work closely with the Store Operation team in providing HR services, and to ensure that all HR policies & procedures are well implemented. You are also responsible in administering personnel data of the store’s employees.
• Male / female, max. 26, min. S1 graduate with 1–2 years experience in human resource/personnel administration. Thorough with details, good communication skill and computer literate in Microsoft office are required.

Finance Department

Tresury Officer (TRE)

• Your main responsibilities are managing company’s monthly cash flow & daily monitoring of account payables & receivables. You are also expected to maintain good & profitable relationship with merchant banking, as well as to manage daily credit-card flow. You should be able to operate MS Office and to communicate in English.
• Male/female, 25-30 years old, min. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance, with at least 3 years of experience in finance-related area. Retail working experience is an advantage.

Accounting Supervisor (ACS)

• Female/Male, max. 27 years old. Min. D3-Accounting.
• Min. 3 years experience in Accounting field and knowing in handling taxes.
• Computer literate (Excel, Word).
• Working experience in retail industry / department store is an advantage.

Finance Supervisor (FIN)

• You are responsible for checking and ensuring that all activities within your sub-department (account payable / account receivable) are well-implemented. You should be able to operate MS Office and to communicate in English.
• Male / female, max. 30 years old, min. Bachelor degree in Finance. Should have at least 2 years related working experience.

Finance Staff – to be stationed in Jakarta (FIN-JKT) and Makassar (FIN-MKS)

• You are responsible to handle the checking & documentation of internal as well as external payment voucher (cash, bank, petty cash), to maintain & prepare reporting of cash on hand, and to prepare reconciliation report.
• Male/female, max. 25 years old, min. D3 in Accounting / Finance with min. 1 year of experience in the same position.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office is required. Experience in retail industry is an advantage. Should be able to communicate in English, verbal as well as written.

Information Technology Department

Programmer (PRG)

• You are responsible to support all departments by developing coding programs based on program specification.
• Male / female, max. 30 years old, min. S1 in Computer Science with 1-2 years experience as a Programmer. Has intensive knowledge in O/S HP UX, RDBMS and other programming languages. Should posses strong analytical & logical programming skills.

IT Staff – to be stationed in Makassar (SAA-MKS)

• Responsible for IT system implementation in store.
• Male, max 27 years old. Min. S1 graduate in Computer Science. Acquiring Excel, network & PC.

System Support Executive (SSE)

• Your main responsibilities are to manage and support a multi-site Windows Server, including file and printer sharing, backup administration, user and group administration, troubleshooting, and software license tracking. You are also expected to implement data backup strategy.
• Male, max 30 years old, S1 in Computer Science and min. of 5 years experience in the same position, especially in IT infrastructure including firewall, virus protection and virtual private networks.

All candidates should have good command of English, both written and spoken. Be computer-literate, especially in operating MS Office. Working experience in retail industry will be an advantage.
