Year 1975 is the initial trip PT Infomedia Nusantara business became the first company telephone information service provider in Indonesia. Under subdivision Elnusa GTDI from Pertamina's subsidiary, Infomedia has issued Telkom Book Yellow Pages Telephone Directory. The development of the next record is the establishment of PT Elnusa Yellow Pages in 1984 which changed its name in 1995 to PT Infomedia Nusantara at PT Telkom to invest. Infomedia has expanded into 3 (three) pillars of the business to meet the public demand information services. Directory Services is the first pillar would be a proof of maturity Infomedia business information provider in a service business through the issuance of Telephone Guide (CPM), whether in print or electronic form. Contact Center Services provides outsourcing services for marketing activities and improve service quality Infomedia relationship between partners with its customers. Content Services is focused on providing data according to the needs of partners and customers.
In subsequent developments, Infomedia is also expanding its business as a company engaged in the contact center. Some clients who use his services Infomedia in the field of contact center is a call center Telkomsel and Bank Jabar. Currently, we are looking for candidates to fill the position of:
Requirements
- Male/Female
- Max. 30 years old
- Min. Diploma Degree (D3) in all major with min. GPA 2.50
- Willing to work in shift
- Having good voice quality / clear articulation
- Computer literate and able to typing with 10 fingers
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Neat and clean
- Pass entire selection tests
- Having experience as call center agent preferred
