GENERAL MANAGER
(TO BE BASED IN INDONESIA)
You will provide overall leadership to the team under your charge and responsible for sales volume and profit margin for the country. Specifically, you will organize and map out the marketing directions and bussiness strategies, determine competitive pricing package and develop advertising and promotion programmes. You are also expected to be aself-starter and able to manage people from various cultures.
You are likely to have tertiary qualification in business or marketing dicipline and at least 8 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, particularly in motor trade business. Those without the relevant industry experience but have strong passion in pursuing an extradinary career in automobile sales is laso welcome to apply.
Personal qualities sought include a flexible approuch in doing business, a very keen sense of business acumen, and a strong sense of integrity and prfessionalism. Being fluent in Bahas Indonesia is a requirement.
